Introduction: Week 1 (Febuary 21st - Febuary 27th)

Sunday: 6 miles in 45:00 (7:30/mi)

Monday: 8 miles in 58:00 (7:15/mi)

Tuesday: AM - 4.5 miles in 34:00 (7:33/mi)  PM - 4.2 miles in 31:00 (7:23/mi)

Wednesday: 9 miles in 65:00 (7:13/mi)

Thursday: 8 miles in 57:00 (7:08)

Friday: AM - 4.3 miles in 32:00 (7:27/mi) PM - 8.4 miles in 60:00 (7:09/mi)

Saturday: 3.8 miles in 30:00 (7:54/mi)

Didn't note any of the runs because they were all sort of the same, just easy...The only important thing to mention is that my knee and shin have been sore on and off. That's why I chose not to do a main run on Saturday, just to make sure I give the knee some time to recover after a full week of running.
