So the verdict is a stress reaction of the Tibia. This still sucks, but it's not as bad as a stress fracture - I still learned from my mistake, but didn't necessarily have to learn the hard
est way. So I've got some (more) recovering to do, and then I'm back at it...with a more conservative plan in mind.
What protocol did yer doc give you for recuperation?
ReplyDeleteNothing detailed, he said it was fine to cross train and that it'll take a couple weeks to recover. So I'm just going to do a test run once a week (which will really just be 5-10 minutes, or shorter if I feel it) to see how it's progressing.
